Editor Karen Ball and co-authors (and mother-daughter) Kimberley and Kayla Woodhouse traveled to Alaska to do research for their new novel series. The first book No Safe Haven takes place in Alaska (where the Woodhouses used to call home before moving to Colorado Springs). The novel is filled with drama and adventure as the mother and daughter and a stranger survive a plane crash at Denali, only to discover they are being chased by bad men from her husband's past.
